All products and logos contained within these pages are used with permission and are property of their respective companies.  Please do not reproduce without written permission. Information contained on this website is reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate. We are not responsible for any misprints, typographical errors. We are in no way held responsible for pricing errors; we will notify you if any errors have occurred before processing any order. 

Warranties
Warranty claims would need to be handled directly by the manufacturer.  Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used.  If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail or call us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.  We are not responsible for or any costs associated with the installation of any products. Purchaser assumes the risk associated with the installation of products. We, along with the manufacturer of each product are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the vehicle, personal, or costs incurred from the use of products.

Ordering
Orders may be placed by calling us or by printing our mail-in/fax order form.

Payments
We accept CERTIFIED CHECKS (CASHIER), PERSONAL CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS. No COD's. Please allow 7 business days for Money orders/cashier checks to clear, and 20 days for personal checks to clear.

Due to heightened security, we can only ship to an alternate shipping address if it is listed on file with us. Please note that this will also increases the amount of time required to process your order. Only have it sent to another address if it is absolutely necessary and if it is a business address provide the name of the business.

Invoices
Invoices are not sent with shipments for security purposes. If you wish to have an invoice sent or faxed to you please call or email us.

Pricing
Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and any applicable taxes. Sale prices can not be combined with other discounted packages and are only available during the sale period. Credits will not be issued if a product goes on sale after it is purchased.

Due to special agreements with several manufacturers, we can only state the suggested retail price. Please call and check to see if any special pricing is available for products you are interested in. Some product sales are regulated by territorial agreement and may not be available from Squad Technologies, LLC to your area.

Taxes
We are required to collect applicable sales tax of 6.75% for orders being shipped within IL and 5.25% for orders being shipped within WI. For Tax Exempt entities please provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate when ordering. For Resellers please provide a copy of your reseller certificate when ordering.

Shipping
Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again and will still be charged for shipping. Prices do not include shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We can not deliver to APO or PO Boxes due to shipper(UPS, FEDEX) restrictions.  Next Day Air and Second Day Air deliveries are available upon request (at an additional charge) by phone and no later then 11 AM that day. 

Cancellations & Returns
We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days and must be in original packaging.  Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made.  Please call us for return authorization number. Up to a 20% Restocking Fee may apply. Special orders may also be subject to Manufacturer Restock Fees. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Shipping cost will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest that you insure the merchandise you are returning and ship using a service that has a tracking option.

Bulbs and non-rechargable batteries are not returnable unless deemed by the manufacturer.

Cancellations made prior to shipping for in stock items are not subject to any processing fees. Cancellations for non-stock or special order items are subject to a 10% processing fee if the order is canceled before the product ships from the manufacturer. After that it can not be canceled. Please ask if you are unsure if this will apply to your order.

Credits usually post to our account within one billing cycle. 

Please contact us immediately if you receive a product that is damaged. Do not attempt to install or use the product because we won't be able to file a claim to cover that afterwards.

Privacy Statement
Squad Technologies, LLC has a firm commitment to privacy. Squad Technologies, LLC does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Personal information is collected for ordering purposes and internal marketing purposes only. Address information may be supplied to shipping partys' to complete orders.

Fraud
SQUAD TECHNOLOGIES, LLC WORKS WITH LOCAL ILLINOIS AND WISCONSIN LAW ENFORCEMENT AS WELL AS FBI AND NW3C AUTHORITIES. ALL FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES INCLUDING THEFT, IDENTITY THEFT AND MAIL FRAUD ARE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. We may also disclose information when we believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights. N.S.F. checks or charge backs will be subject to a $25 fee.
